pkg_install sures has changed a lot since I first made these patches. So I
had to do a lot of it over again. Also, I lost my latest diffs, because I
though the ones in my PR pkg/21095 were the recent ones.

I worked on it again and I imported to pkgsrc-wip.

(As for my original comment in this thread: "pkg_add -u deletes package
before checking for conflicting dependencies" -- I did not fix this.)
