While building /usr/pkgsrc/meta-pkgs/kde3 I get the message

checking if C++ programs can be compiled... no
configure: error: Your Installation isn't able to compile simple C++ 
programs.
Check config.log for details - if you're using a Linux distribution you 
might miss
a package named similiar to libstd++-dev.
*** Error code 1

Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/pkgsrc/audio/arts

I got the latest pkgsrc version via anoncvs.
I did a make cleandir and tried again.
Any ideas?
