tech-pkg: kopete wont start

Hi,

When i try to run kopete it complains that Library files for 
"libkcm_kopete_accountconfig.la" not found in paths

I've tried rebuilding the whole of kdenetwork3 again but i still get the same 
error.

Any ideas?
