The official packages are all named xfce4-* so in my opinion we should
keep the top level package as xfce4.

By the way, I'm thinking about changing the xfce4-extras packages NOT to
depend on xfce4 because that is confusing (according to some comments I
got). Maybe we should have a meta-pkgs/xfce4-everything which depends on
xfce4 and xfce4-extras. Comments?
