I just create the php5-pgsql74...and doesn't builds :( The problems is on postgresql-lib/buildlink2.mk...If anybody could test my php5* packages and php5-pgsql will be nice. I just build this module by hand. And now is working fine.

CONFLICS+=php5-pgsql...
