Hi,

I have built the latest meta-pkgs/kde3 and its all dependent packages
using gcc 3.3.2 on 1.6ZG, and packed them into one:

ftp://kr.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-kr/kde3-20031210.tar.gz

or alternately this would be faster:

ftp://ftp.kr.freebsd.org/pub/NetBSD-kr/kr.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-kr/kde3-20031210.tar.gz (kindly provided by Korea FreeBSD User Group)

Note that the tarball is 180MB big; you should have enough bandwidth.
