This is just a short note to tell you that the freeze that was in
force on all of pkgsrc has now been lifted, and developers are free to
commit to pkgsrc trunk again (you've probably seen the email deluge by
now on pkgsrc-changes).

I still have some last-minute changes to make on the branch that
was created (with the tag "pkgsrc-2003Q4"), so please bear that in mind
when reporting any bugs.

Thanks to everyone for their patience, and thanks to all the people
who have made this branch happen.
