cvs log on www/phoenix-bin/Makefile.NetBSD.i386 refers to PR
pkg/21675, which indicates that adding a CONFLICT on suse_libc5 is not
the right thing to do, but it seems it was done, anyway. I don't know
what the right fix is.

(there is no mention of this in the PR, btw).
