Since almost everything seems to work with in-tree openssl which
doesn't have idea/rc5, I suspect not much.  The only thing that comes
to mind is pgp2, but that doesn't use openssl.  (In fact, it still has
USE_RSAREF2 stuff in the makefile, but it is uconditionally set to
NO.)
