It would be good to get rid of that fee-based-commercial-use requirement
for openssl.
Red Hat Linux and Debian ship openssl packages built with no-idea and
no-rc5 and no-mdc2.
I know this has been discussed before.
Mayeb we can have an openssl-extra package which someone could choose
instead.
Then normal openssl package is made without fee-based-commercial-use
requirement.
Who uses idea? rc5? mdc2?
