Just to be more clear: both of these were from pkgsrc packages. I do not
have a /usr/gcc3/include/c++/3.2.1 directory. And I do not have any
/usr/include/g++/. This is a Linux system -- with everything from
pkgsrc.
If I did have old headers, then I think I would have "strstream.h". (I do
have /usr/gcc3/include/c++/3.3.1/backward/strstream.)
