I.e., this is a piece of inline assembly that missed the transition of
netbsd-m68k to ELF? Adding the '%' prefix to registers should be the proper
fix then.

ISTR there is a macro that properly exports global symbols from inline
assembler code. Perhaps if you look around in the netbsd (kernel) sources,
or the mailing list archives?
