Yes, works for me. 

If you use REJECT fetchmail will mail a bounce (unfortunately
from "FETCHMAIL-DAEMON@..."), so you might have twice the load on your
line, but if you use DISCARD postfix will just drop the mail.

You need to enable the "header_checks" file in main.cf, if you did not
use it before:

header_checks = regexp:/usr/pkg/etc/postfix/header_checks

(obviously this is from the pkgsrc postfix version, I need SASL)
