Using bmake-3.1.17 I receive the following error when installing pkgdiff:

 bmake: "/usr/pkgsrc/pkgtools/pkgdiff/Makefile" line 47: Malformed
 conditional (!empty(MANINSTALL:Mcatinstall))

(This was added in pkgtools/pkgdiff Revision 1.34 on May 28.)

It seems like I saw some message similar to this lately (for a different
package under Solaris I think) but I can't seem to find it.

I also tried latest bmake-20030731.

(It works fine with make from NetBSD 1.6.1_STABLE under NetBSD.)
