ONLY_FOR_PLATFORM=      NetBSD-1.6[B-Z]-* NetBSD-1.[7-9]* NetBSD-[2-9]*
so notice about NetBSD can be safely removed from DESC.

Remove the notice - AFAIR NetBSD-1.4 and earlier are not supported now.
