hi,

i have written a package for Kapital, kde-based financial software package.  
however it cannot be downloaded for free.   one must purchase it, download 
it, and place it into pkgsrc/distfiles.  i know this can be done, but how do 
i go about setting up the package to do this?  i'd like `make fetch` to print 
a message to the screen, not attempt to download.
