Hello

at http://www.crc.net.nz/polyprop/~mjl/gaim-gtk2.tar.gz is a pkgsrc entry
for the new gaim.

Please review and commit.  Things that need to be considered by whoever
reviews / commits this thing:

  - the hard coded path to gtkspell.h in the Makefile.

  - conflicts with gaim and gaim-gnome pkgsrc entries in chat/

While I'm here, gaim wasn't happy until i fixed the paths in
/usr/pkg/etc/fontconfig/fonts.conf to look as follows:

        <dir>/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts</dir>
        <!-- <dir>/usr/pkg/lib/X11/fonts</dir>
        <dir>~/.fonts</dir> -->
