bootstrap-pkgsrc problems can be filed under the 'pkg' categeory.

Please do fill out a PR with this information, so I don't forget to look
at it.  If you like, you can immediately set 'jschauma' as the
responsible person, as this looks like indeed my last change to
install-sh caused the problem.
