I just working on a LyX 1.3.1/LyX 1.3.1-qt pkg. I filed the PR in about an=20

Could you please re-test it with that version then (and tell me if it's=20
working for you) ?

Hm.. Hadn't got that problem.. But I've added those buildlink2.mk's now.
