Why don't we do this by default? I see no problems by changing this
(except that all packages should be changed to use this directory...
not very difficult).
Installing under ${PREFIX}/etc/rc.d means that, if you set LOCALBASE
to be / and PKG_RCD_SCRIPTS=YES, then you have got a problem, isn't it?
Anyway, installing under the examples tree looks better and will avoid
confusion to end users wanting to chain pkg/etc/rc.d at boot time...
Any real objection to that?
