I'm not sure if a buildlin fragment would be the best in this case.
I'll go towards a definition of _INSTALL_INFO or similar in def.*.mk instead,
I'll try to come up with a patch in the evening (MET).
OTOH I have in my todo list a complete revamp of texinfo.mk's functionality
so that it interacts closely with buildlink2 -and does not
requires @{,un}exec in PLISTs- but I still need to sort
out things as my first try involved adding a lot of patch files to existing
packages...
