I think Jeremy wanted to know the past (not future) dates of mini-freezes,
so that he could perform a date-based cvs checkout of pkgsrc.  I think
this is a good idea, and we can easily add this info to one of the files
in pkgsrc/doc or somewhere on the NetBSD website.
