This broke packages which define(USE_GNU_GETTEXT) as _BLNK_LIBINTL_FOUND
isn't set and then breaks on the following:
bmake: "../../devel/gettext-lib/../../devel/gettext-lib/buildlink2.mk" line 60: Malformed conditional (${_BLNK_LIBINTL_FOUND} == "YES")
bmake: "../../devel/gettext-lib/../../devel/gettext-lib/buildlink2.mk" line 60: Need an operator
bmake: "../../devel/gettext-lib/../../devel/gettext-lib/buildlink2.mk" line 112: if-less endif
bmake: "../../devel/gettext-lib/../../devel/gettext-lib/buildlink2.mk" line 112: Need an operator
bmake: Fatal errors encountered -- cannot continue
