Hm. After upgrading my machine to NetBSD 1.6 (i386), I have
removed and recompiled all packages with the current pkgsrc.
Unfortunately, KDE3 seems to be rather flaky on this machine
(I also get core dumps from kdeinit during login; it crashes in
libkdesktop_main.)

Maybe I should not have compiled with .include ".../cpuflags.mk"
(which adds -march=pentiumpro)?

Have any changes been checked in since 2002-10-18 which
could eliminate these problems?
