let me amend the 'no problems' part: I paused it, then clicked pause again
attempting to resume, and:
Oct 21 22:07:46 eros /netbsd: pid 5231 (realplay), uid 1000: exited on
signal 6 (core dumped)

but up until that, it worked ;)
