I extracted a tarball of all the packages mentioned, but I haven't made any attempt to pull them up to date due to lack of time, sorry about this.  They can be found at http://www.posix.org.uk/gnome2-pkgsrc.tar.gz (as noted in the PR) and I'll just leave them there so whenever they are wanted they can just be fetched.
