With a completely clean editors/{xemacs,xemacs-packages} install,
xemacs is unable to find the xemacs-packages-intalled files -
e.g. cc-mode can't be loaded without manually specifying the path.
What's more worrying in some ways is that Options->Manage Packages->
List and Install doesn't work, either; it appears to not even open
any net connections. (tcpdump doesn't show anything happening.)
(This is on i386 1.5.3.)
