The PHP-4.x packages were removed due to a security vulnerability reported
on www.php.net.  The latest PHP4 packages (4.1.2) have fixed this, but I
don't believe that there have been new uploads of binary packages yet.
However, you can build the PHP4 directly using pkgsrc for now.
