I'd like to suggest a package: a cross-compiler for
i386-mingw32 environment, with support for the w32api
on the side.

But hey, just noticed that FreeBSD does have mingw suite in their
ports. Someone, who knows how to do this: pretty please, bring
this to NetBSD too.
