I was looking right at it, in the do-fetch target, but I couldn't figure
out what that part was for!

Minor problem: it's downloading jpegsrc.v6b.tar.gz to
${DISTDIR}/ghostscript, (which sucks, because the file is already in
${DISTDIR}).
