My guess was math because pari itself is in math.

I was torn between those two as well, but I opted for converters.  I
can see a case for putting PEM and ASN1 in security, but I think
ASCII-Armour works better in converters.

For the first three, I think devel works fine.  I chose to put the
fourth one in security.

If there are any changes in categorization, please let me know and
I'll update the packages and test installation.
