Thanks to all who responded on this issue.

Since I've set NO_BIN_ON{FTP,CDROM} on the packages (ezmlm,
dot-forward, fastforward, qmailanalog) where it seems to be an issue,
I'm going to send in pr-s requesting importing of those packages.

I still haven't been able to find any information concerning licensing
for shttpd or qtools though...
