'W' of /usr/bin/vi can go across lines.  That of /usr/pkg/bin/nvi
can't.  I thouht that this is done by fword() in vi/v_word.c but
nothing different could be seen between NetBSD's basesrc/usr.bin/vi
and nvi-1.79...
