It took some quick hacks, but there are some binary tar balls I put
together at ftp://sylow.maths.qmw.ac.uk/pub/Zoularis/ which will work
with Red Hat 6.2 (and poss. Debian 2.2; not sure about Red Hat 7.*). 
No warranty applies, etc... :) However, one person I know has used 
these tar balls sucessfully.
