	Under linux xargs always runs the command at least once, unless
	'-r' is given. This is countrary to the usage in pkgsrc.

	I'd like to define an 'XARGS' variable and set it to 'xargs' on
	NetBSD and solaris, and 'xargs -r' on linux.

	Seem resonable?
