On OpenBSD, we have an extra SUPDISTFILES variable that's used to
record supplementary files that may not always be needed to rebuild a port.
(with possible duplicata with DISTFILES/PATCHFILES).

That's what we use not to have to be careful when updating distribution 
information... or for people who want to grab every file that a port may
need.
