For releases, they actually are. Between releases, pkgsrc is sometimes in
an inconsistent state, and we don't want to put a set of binaries up for
the world that doesn't fit together.

If you're adventerous, there's always the output from the latest i386 bulk
builds available at ftp://smaug.fh-regensburg.de/pub/NetBSD/i386/All/.
