	I'm changing my mind here and suggesting it belongs better with
	pkg-CHANGES (as suggested by Hubert). Of course I'd prefer to
	see both pkg-CHANGES and pkg-TODO moved to pkgsrc, but I'd be
	happy with them in docs :)
