If it's okay with everybody, I'll sort these out by renaming appropriate
files in a consistent way.  Also, I'll update umb-scheme to 3.2.

Almost every Scheme interpreter wants to be called "scheme", but people
(like me) who collect Scheme implemenatations have been renaming things
for a while.  The umb-scheme executable will be called (you've guessed it!)
`umb-scheme', etc.
