I'll be committing the package below into pkgsrc/japanese.

ja-php-3.0.18.i18n.ja.2 HTML-embedded programming language with database connectivity and Japanese support
ja-php-calendar-3.0.18.i18n.ja.2 PHP3 extension for calendar library
ja-ap-php-3.0.18.i18n.ja.2 PHP3 server module for Apache with Japanese support
ja-php-pgsql-3.0.18.i18n.ja.2 PHP3 extension for PostgreSQL databases

They will sit in below:

pkgsrc/japanese/ap-php3
pkgsrc/japanese/php3
pkgsrc/japanese/php3-calendar
pkgsrc/japanese/php3-pgsql

Though I'm happy if they are incorporated to stock PHP 3
packages, it is a localized version to Japanese, not
internationalized nor multilingualized one.  So I'll leave
www/*php3* alone except for adding conflicts them each
other.
