FYI, all of these cross packages will be completely trampled and redone by
me after the current toolchain work (based on binutils 2.10.1 and gcc
2.95.2) is completed.  The cross packages will then be based on snapshot
tarballs of NetBSD's src/gnu/dist/toolchain.
