It's rather simple; install the third-party script into /etc/rc.d with
the appropriate REQUIRE and BEFORE lines.

E.g, if xfstt needs /usr (for /usr/pkg/bin/xfstt ?), but must run
before LOGIN programs, have the following in /etc/rc.d/xfstt:

	# REQUIRE: mountcritremote
	# BEFORE:  LOGIN

Or have I missed the intention of what you want to do?
