Has a guideline ever been developed on start-up scripts,
especially for NetBSD 1.5?

	Should I?

		1) drop the startup script in /etc/rc.d, and add a
MESSAGE telling the admin to turn on the feature?

		2) drop the startup script in ${PREFIX}/etc/rc.d,
and add a MESSAGE telling the admin to add
			the script to rc.local?

		3) Something I haven't thought of?

	Thanks,
		Eric
