You can set DISTDIR variable in /etc/mk.conf.
For example, add
DISTDIR=/v1/distfiles
to /etc/mk.conf to have all your distfiles stored in /v1/distfiles.
Look at /usr/pkgsrc/mk/mk.conf.example for other useful options.
