When trying to print a single page of a document in gv
the temporary file isn't found. It appears that that the 
file name is being incremented numerically between creation
of the file and then access of the file for printing. An 
earlier name in the sequence ends up in the home directory
with a 0 length.

Is there some broken temp file creation thing happening here?
