an extra for people running older NetBSD versions (or Solaris or
whatever) who need to update their package version but can't (or
don't want to) use current NetBSD. IIRC, the NetBSD integrated
version and the default installation put some binaries in different
places: we'd put stuff in bin or libexec instead of sbin or vice versa.
Though that may have changed with the current package - I haven't
checked.
