They work the same way they do now with xpkgwedge: they (and all
USE_X11BASE package) install into ${LOCALBASE}, and packages that
depend on their libraries automagically find them with the current
LDFLAGS logic in bsd.pkg.mk. What I've done really only affects
USE_IMAKE packages.
