I've put up a list of files found in our pkg dirs at
http://www.feyrer.de/Misc/pkg-reorg, that'll help with deciding on what to
move where.

 * I think one (1) dir for miscellaneous files should be kept if needed,
   but not more.
 * The suse_linux and cross/COMMON pkgs don't stick too hard to the
   current dir layout. (just mentioning it :-)
