Only if you make sure all fixes that went into the M17 pkg are there too (or
integrated in the meantime).

Generally doing snapshot-packages is a bad thing (TM). More pain than fun
and noone is going to use it (because they can't get their hands on that
snapshot any more).

I would just wait for M18.
