For some reason, the openssh package which we provide builds without
libwrap support. If there is not a good reason for this decision, I
would like to enable this support for consistency with the ssh package,
and for the flexibility which it provides.
Doing so will require patches to configure.in and Makefile.in, in
addition to an addition to CONFIGURE_ARGS, but is relatively
straightforward.
It is also not clear to me if this should wait for after the package
freeze -- I'm not in a hurry.
